THREEE Summer 2015 Update

Congratulations and thank you to Rich CosteyJohn HillKid Harpoon, and Johnny McDaid for their chart topping releases. We’re proud to have the #1#3#4, and #6 albums on this past week’s US album chart.

Rich Costey mixed Muse’s worldwide #1 album Drones, providing additional production on their single “Mercy.” He also produced and mixed Of Monsters and Men’s new album Beneath The Skin, which debuted at #3. Both albums come on the heels of Rich mixing Muse’s “Dead Inside” and producing and mixing Death Cab For Cutie’s “Black Sun,” which were simultaneously #1 and #2 at alternative radio.

John Hill and Kid Harpoon both worked on Florence + The Machine’s third album How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and worldwide, staying high on the Top 200 at #4 its second week after release. John co-wrote/produced the album’s lead single “What Kind of Man,” which Kid Harpoon co-wrote. Kid Harpoon also co-wrote/produced her current single “Ship To Wreck.”

Johnny McDaid co-wrote seven songs on Ed Sheeran’s album X, which remains in the top 10 of the Billboard Top 200 nearly a year after release, charting at #6 and approaching eight million copies sold worldwide. Johnny co-wrote the current single “Photograph,” which continues to climb at Top 40 radio. In addition, Johnny co-wrote “Bloodstream,” “Tenerife Sea,” “Afire Love, “Take It Back,” “All Of The Stars,” and “Nina” from X. Also charting in the UK is Rudimental’s current single “Never Let You Go” co-written by Johnny and featuring Foy Vance.

Michael Brauer mixed James Bay’s album Chaos and the Calm, which debuted in the UK at #1. The album features rising single “Hold Back the River,” which is currently #1 at Triple A radio. Michael also mixed Panic! At the Disco‘s latest single “Hallelujah” and Elle King‘s “Ex’s and Oh’s,” both of which continue to jump up the alternative radio chart.
