On the heels of well-received singles “Open Up,” “Talking In My Sleep,” and “Weight In Gold,” buzzing L.A. singer Gallant tapped Ajay Battacharyya to produce nearly half of his anticipated debut album Ology. Ajay’s modern soul helps form the album’s backbone, a bridge between classic, warm sounds and cutting edge technique. Ajay also showcased his versatility on Morly’s new project Something More Holy.
Dan Carey produced and mixed British indie pop quartet Teleman’s sophomore album Brilliant Sanity, arrived to glowing reviews this April.
Michael Brauer mixed “There Will Be Time,” the new collaborative single from Mumford & Sons and Baaba Maal.
Rapper/producer Tunji Ige and producer Noah Breakfast represent a new wave of Philadelphia hip-hop on Missed Calls, Ige’s new EP. The project sees the young rapper developing his voice atop Noah’s eclectic production, cleverly pulling from classic and modern hip-hop alike.
Dave Tozer co-wrote “The Valley” from Mayer Hawthorne’s new album Man About Town.
Kid Harpoon produced and wrote “Gravity,” the new single from L.A.-born, Berlin-based singer Simonne Jones.
